  • Step 2. Property assessment

    Our experienced team of assessors will visit your property to thoroughly evaluate the damage. We take detailed notes and photographs to ensure we have an accurate and comprehensive assessment. 

  • Step 3. Preparing the quote

    Based on the assessment, we'll prepare a detailed quote for the repair work needed. This quote will outline the scope of work, materials, and estimated timelines. We work diligently to provide an accurate and fair estimate.

  • Step 4. Quote approval

    Once you receive the quote, you'll have the opportunity to review and approve it. If you have any questions or need clarification, simply contact our team, and we’ll assist you. Your satisfaction is our priority. 

  • Step 5. Contract and excess invoice

    Upon approval of the quote, we'll provide you with a building contract that outlines the agreed-upon terms and conditions. If your insurance policy requires it, we'll also send you an excess invoice for payment. 

  • Step 6. Scheduling the work

    With the signed contract and payment in hand, we'll work with you to schedule the repair work. Minimising any disruptions to your home or building is key here, and we'll strive to find a schedule that suits your needs. 

  • Step 7. The repair process

    Our skilled team of professionals will carry out the repair work as outlined in the contract. We adhere to high-quality standards and safety practices throughout the entire process. 

  • Step 8. Regular updates

    We believe in transparency and keeping you informed every step of the way. You can expect regular updates on the progress of your repair project. If you have any questions or concerns during this phase, our team is just a call or email away. 

  • Step 9. Final inspection and handover

    After completing the repair work, we'll conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets our high standards. Once we're satisfied, we'll hand over your restored property to you.
